Unlocking Growth opportunities is key for the success of large global B2B corporations. This is a complex objective that requires fast decision, based on agile methodology in order to capture both short and term opportunities. The client’s objective was to boost its Innovation performance to exceed average industry performance

SOLUTION

First we had to audit the existing Innovation practices, thanks to several workshops with the Management team. This helps to design potential organisation adjustment in order to align the Marketing, R&D and Innovation organisation to support Growth initiatives. We customised the Front End Innovation process and Innovation Management principles. We finally introduced the proprietary ORL (Opportunity Readiness Level) Innovation methodology to the Innovation organisation.

IMPACT

The Innovation portfolio became more focused, with decision facilitated by the new process. Comfort with Strategic Tools across the Marketing and R&D organisation went up. And finally the quality of the technology roadmap was boosted
