François assumed leadership roles in large multinational companies including Dow Corning and The Dow Chemical Company.

With a proven track record in management of complex transversal global innovation program, including collaboration with startups, he helped develop differentiated business models which integrated digitalised trends, global alliances or reverse engineering activities with partners in emerging geographies. He has also been a key contributor to the deployment of Marketing Excellence initiatives.

Since 2017 he is sharing his passion for growth with organisation willing to transform their growth structure. leveraging best-in-class practices. He has also developed the ORL methodology (Opportunity Readiness Level) that helps to frame and evaluate Innovation initiatives in a corporate environment.
